Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your waterproof marine speakers, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the speaker grilles and surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Water Exposure: While these speakers are marine-grade waterproof, prolonged submersion is not recommended. After exposure to saltwater, rinse the speakers with fresh water to prevent salt buildup and corrosion.
- Connections: Periodically check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and free from corrosion.
- Storage: If storing the speakers for an extended period, especially in harsh conditions, ensure they are clean and dry.
