2. Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before installation and retain this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or other hazards.

• WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect power at the fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
• This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person familiar with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved.
• Ensure the supply voltage is 110 Volts AC, as specified for this product.
• Do not modify or alter the fixture. Any modifications may void the warranty and create safety hazards.
• The fixture is IC Rated, meaning it is suitable for direct contact with insulation.

5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for a safe and proper installation. It is recommended to have a qualified electrician perform the installation if you are not familiar with electrical wiring.

1. Prepare the Ceiling:

   Turn off power at the circuit breaker before beginning any work. Use the provided cutout template to mark the desired location for the light. Cut a 4-1/4 inch square hole in the ceiling. Ensure there are no obstructions like joists or pipes in the installation area.

2. Connect Wiring:

   Open the junction box. Connect the house wiring (live, neutral, ground) to the corresponding wires inside the junction box using wire nuts. Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.

3. Connect Fixture to Junction Box:

   Connect the cable from the LED light fixture to the corresponding connector on the junction box. Ensure the connection is firm.

4. Insert Junction Box:

   Place the connected junction box into the ceiling hole.

5. Install the Light Fixture:

   Push the spring clips on the sides of the LED fixture upwards. Carefully insert the fixture into the ceiling hole. Once the fixture is in place, release the spring clips; they will hold the light securely against the ceiling.

6. Operating Instructions

Your LEDIARY recessed lights offer versatile lighting options:

6.1. Selecting Color Temperature (5CCT)

The color temperature can be adjusted using a switch located on the side of the junction box. Before installation, or if you need to change the color temperature after installation, you can access this switch. Select your desired color from the five available options:

• 2700K (Soft White)
• 3000K (Warm White)
• 3500K (Natural White)
• 4000K (Cool White)
• 5000K (Daylight)

6.2. Dimming Functionality

These lights are designed for smooth dimming from 10% to 100% with compatible LED dimmers. Ensure your dimmer switch is rated for LED lighting to avoid flickering or humming.

• Cleaning: Ensure power is off before cleaning. Wipe the fixture with a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these may damage the finish or electrical components.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the fixture for any signs of damage or loose connections. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.
• No User-Serviceable Parts: The LED components are integrated and not user-replaceable. Do not attempt to disassemble the fixture.
