|---|---|---|
| Hub is not recognized by the computer. | Loose connection, incompatible USB-C port, or driver issue. | Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected. Try a different USB-C port on your computer. Restart your computer. |
| HDMI display is not working. | Host USB-C port does not support DisplayPort Alt Mode, faulty HDMI cable, or incorrect display settings. | Verify your computer's USB-C port supports video output. Try a different HDMI cable. Check your computer's display settings to ensure the external monitor is detected and configured. |
| USB devices are not detected. | Device requires more power than the hub can provide, or a faulty USB device/cable. | Connect the hub's USB-C PD port to a power adapter. Try connecting the USB device directly to your computer. Ensure the USB device is functioning correctly. |
| SD/microSD card is not read. | Card inserted incorrectly, damaged card, or incompatible card format. | Ensure the card is inserted fully and in the correct orientation. Try a different card. Check if the card is formatted correctly for your operating system. |
