Water Flow and Temperature Control:

The single handle controls both water flow and temperature:

  • To Adjust Flow: The further you lift the handle, the greater the water flow.
  • To Adjust Temperature: Swivel the handle left for hot water and right for cold water.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will help maintain the finish and functionality of your BWE faucet for years to come.

  • Cleaning the Finish: Clean the matte black finish regularly with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use a mild soap and water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
  • Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia-based products, bleach, or cleaners containing alcohol or harsh chemicals. These can damage the finish and void your warranty.
  • Prevent Mineral Buildup: In areas with hard water, wipe down the faucet after each use to prevent mineral deposits. For existing buildup, a solution of white vinegar and water can be used sparingly, followed by thorough rinsing.
  • Check Connections: Periodically inspect all water connections for any signs of leaks or corrosion. Tighten connections if necessary.
  • Hand Shower Nozzles: If the handheld shower nozzles become clogged with mineral deposits, gently rub them to dislodge the buildup.
