5. Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for proper installation. Ensure power is disconnected at the circuit breaker before starting.
- Prepare the Opening: Use the provided template to mark and cut a 3 3/4" (95mm) diameter hole in the ceiling. Insert the Zero Clearance frame into the cut-hole and secure it with screws.
- Wiring: Disconnect power from the junction box. Connect the fixture's wires to the building's electrical wires: Black to Black (Live), White to White (Neutral), Green to Green (Ground). Secure connections with wire nuts. Place the driver box above the ceiling through the hole in the frame.
- Fixture Installation: Connect the driver box to the fixture using the quick connector. Insert the fixture into the frame and twist it clockwise to lock it securely in place.
- Color Temperature Selection: Before or after installation, select the desired color temperature using the switch located on the fixture or on the cord.
