3. Setup Guide

3.1. What's in the Box

Your Xiaomi Redmi 10C package includes the following items:

• 10W Wall Charger
• USB-C Cable
• SIM Tray Ejector Tool
• Fast Car Charger (as part of bundle)

3.2. Inserting SIM Card and MicroSD Card

1. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device.
2. Insert the SIM tray ejector tool into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
3. Place your Nano-SIM cards (up to two) and/or a microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure the gold contacts face downwards.
4. Carefully reinsert the tray into the device until it is flush with the side.

3.3. Initial Power On and Charging

• To power on, press and hold the Power button located on the right side of the device until the Xiaomi logo appears.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup, including language selection, Wi-Fi connection, and Google account setup.
• To charge the device, connect the USB-C cable to the charging port at the bottom of the phone and the other end to the 10W wall charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet.
• The device supports up to 18W fast charging, but the included charger is 10W. For faster charging, an 18W compatible charger (not included) can be used.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Basic Navigation

• Touchscreen: Interact with the device by tapping, swiping, pinching, and spreading on the 6.71-inch display.
• Power Button: Press to wake/sleep the screen. Press and hold to power off or restart.
• Volume Buttons: Adjust media volume, call volume, and notification volume.

4.2. Camera Usage

The Redmi 10C features a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth camera, and a 5MP front camera.

1. Open the Camera application from the home screen or app drawer.
2. Select your desired mode (Photo, Portrait, Video, etc.).
3. Tap the shutter button to capture a photo or start/stop video recording.
4. Switch between front and rear cameras using the camera toggle icon.

• Mobile Data: Access 4G LTE networks. Ensure your SIM card is active and mobile data is enabled in Settings.
• Wi-Fi: Connect to wireless networks via Settings > Wi-Fi.
• Bluetooth: Pair with Bluetooth devices like headphones or speakers via Settings > Bluetooth.
• GPS: The device supports GPS, AGPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo for location services.

• Rear Fingerprint Sensor: Register your fingerprints in Settings > Password & Security to unlock the device or authorize purchases. The sensor is integrated into the rear camera module.
• AI Face Unlock: Set up face recognition in Settings > Password & Security for convenient unlocking.
