  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.
  • Ensure sufficient clearance around the inverter for airflow.
  • Mount the inverter on a stable, non-flammable surface.

4.2 Battery Connection

The inverter is compatible with a single 12V battery with a capacity between 100 Ah and 200 Ah.

  1. Ensure the inverter is OFF and disconnected from the mains supply.
  2. Connect the RED cable from the inverter to the POSITIVE (+) terminal of the battery.
  3. Connect the BLACK cable from the inverter to the NEGATIVE (-) terminal of the battery.
  4. Ensure connections are tight and secure to prevent sparking.
  5. Select the correct battery type (Flat Plate, Tubular, or SMF) using the switch on the rear panel.

4.3 Mains and Load Connection

  1. Plug the inverter's AC input cord into a grounded wall socket.
  2. Connect your appliances (loads) to the AC output socket on the rear panel of the inverter.
  3. Ensure the total load does not exceed the inverter's maximum capacity (760 watts).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

  • To turn ON: Press and hold the power button on the front panel for a few seconds until the "UPS On" indicator lights up.
  • To turn OFF: Press and hold the power button again until all indicators turn off.

5.2 Operating Modes

Use the UPS/Normal mode switch on the rear panel to select the desired operating mode:

  • UPS Mode: Provides a narrow input voltage window (e.g., 180V-260V AC) for sensitive electronic devices like computers, ensuring stable power.
  • Normal Mode: Provides a wider input voltage window (e.g., 100V-290V AC) for general household appliances, allowing the inverter to operate on a broader range of mains voltage before switching to battery.
