4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning the Camera

  • Camera Body: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the camera body. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water.
  • Lens: Use a lens blower to remove dust, then gently wipe with a lens cleaning cloth and lens cleaning solution if necessary.
  • Sensor: The camera has an integrated self-cleaning sensor unit. For persistent dust, consult a professional service center.
  • LCD Monitor: Use a soft cloth specifically designed for LCD screens.

4.2 Battery Care

  • Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
  • Avoid fully discharging batteries frequently to prolong their lifespan.
  • Charge batteries fully before extended storage.

4.3 Storage

When storing the camera for an extended period, remove the battery and memory card. Store the camera in a dry, well-ventilated area, preferably in a camera bag or case to protect it from dust and moisture.

Memory card error.Ensure the card is inserted correctly. Try reformatting the card (this will erase all data). Use a compatible card.
Moiré patterns appear in images. This can occur due to the low-pass filter cancellation. Try adjusting shooting angle or focus slightly. Post-processing software can help reduce moiré.
