5. Setup
5.1 Placement

5.2 Connecting to Power
- Ensure the rear ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position.
- Connect the power cable to the power input on the rear panel of the CD player.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a standard 220-240 V ~ / 50/60 Hz wall outlet.
- Flip the rear ON/OFF switch to the ON position. The unit is now in standby mode.
5.3 Audio Connections
Connect the CD player to your amplifier or receiver using one of the following methods:

6. Operation
6.1 Basic CD Playback

- Gently insert an audio CD (CD, CD-R, or CD-RW) into the slot. The player will automatically retract the disc.
- The player will read the disc, and playback should begin automatically. If not, press the PLAY/PAUSE button.
- Use the NEXT and PREV buttons to skip tracks.
- Adjust the volume using the PRE.VOL knob on the front panel or the volume controls on the remote control.
6.2 USB Playback
- Insert a USB storage device containing MP3 files into the front USB port.
