Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your PEXMOR Foldable Bike Cargo Trailer.
1. Unpacking and Inspection

3. Attaching the Wheels
- Insert the Axles (15) through the wheel hubs (5).
- Secure the wheels to the trailer frame using the Flat Nuts (14), Pattern Nuts (12), and Hook Gaskets (13).
- Ensure the wheels spin freely and are securely fastened.

4. Attaching the Hitch Arm
- Connect the Long Bent Rod with Buckle (6) to the front of the trailer frame using the appropriate Fixed Pin (Big) (8) and Long Screw with Nut (9).
- Attach the Plastic Support Adjuster (7) to the hitch arm.
5. Attaching to Your Bicycle
- The universal hitch attaches to the rear axle of your bicycle.
- Slide the hitch connector onto your bike's rear axle and secure it with the provided pin.
- Ensure the connection is firm and the trailer is aligned properly behind the bike.
- Note: This trailer is not suitable for e-bikes.
