1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid. Clean with a damp cloth only.
  • Keep hands and utensils away from moving blades during operation to prevent injury.

4. Setup and Assembly

  1. Place the motor unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface.
  2. Ensure the appliance is unplugged before assembly.
  3. Place the 800 ml food processor bowl onto the motor unit, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks into place.
  4. Insert the desired blade or disc onto the central shaft inside the bowl. Ensure it is seated correctly.
  5. Place the lid onto the bowl, aligning the tabs and twisting clockwise until it locks. The appliance will not operate if the lid is not securely locked.
  6. For juicing, attach the citrus juicer components (filter, cone) onto the bowl before placing the lid.

5. Operating Instructions

The food processor features 2-speed settings for optimal control. Use speed 1 for lighter tasks like whipping cream or beating eggs, and speed 2 for heavier tasks like kneading dough or chopping hard vegetables.

5.1. Dough Kneading

  1. Assemble the food processor with the kneader blade.
  2. Add flour and water (and other ingredients as per recipe) into the bowl. The appliance can knead up to 500 grams of dough.
  3. Secure the lid.
  4. Plug in the appliance and select speed 2.
  5. Knead until the dough reaches the desired consistency. This typically takes a few minutes.

5.2. Chopping Vegetables

  1. Assemble the food processor with the chopping blade.
  2. Cut vegetables into smaller pieces that fit into the feed tube. Do not overload the bowl.
  3. Secure the lid.
  4. Plug in the appliance and select speed 2. Use pulse function for coarse chopping.
  5. Process until desired consistency is achieved.

5.3. Shredding and Slicing

  1. Assemble the food processor with the slicing disc or shredder blade.
  2. Place the lid with the food pusher.
  3. Plug in the appliance and select speed 2.
  4. Feed vegetables through the feed tube using the food pusher. Do not force food into the tube.

5.4. Citrus Juicing

  1. Assemble the food processor with the citrus juicer attachment (filter and cone).
  2. Cut citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, limes) in half.
  3. Secure the lid.
  4. Plug in the appliance and select speed 1.
  5. Press the fruit half onto the rotating cone to extract juice.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  • The motor unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth only. Do not immerse it in water.
  • All detachable parts (bowl, lid, blades, discs, juicer attachment) can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
  • Caution: Blades are sharp. Handle with extreme care.
  • The product is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash all detachable parts.
  • Store the appliance and its accessories in a dry place.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check that the bowl and lid are correctly assembled and locked into place.
  • Motor stops during operation: The appliance may be overloaded. Unplug, remove some ingredients, and allow the motor to cool down for a few minutes before restarting.
  • Ineffective chopping/kneading: Ensure the correct blade is used for the task. Do not overload the bowl. For chopping, ensure ingredients are cut into appropriate sizes.
