3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Telepole Assembly
- Unpack the three sections of the 15-ft telepole.
- Extend each section and twist to lock them securely into place. Ensure all sections are fully extended and locked before use.
3.2 Attaching Cleaning Tools
The telepole is designed for quick attachment of the skimmer, brush, and vacuum head. Each tool has a connection point that aligns with the end of the telepole. Simply slide the tool onto the pole and secure it, typically with a spring clip or friction fit.
3.3 Vacuum Hose Connection
- Connect one end of the 40-ft vacuum hose to the inlet port on the flexible pool vacuum head.
- The other end of the vacuum hose will connect to your pool's skimmer suction port or a dedicated vacuum line.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Leaf Skimming
- Attach the heavy-duty leaf skimmer to the telepole.
- Gently glide the skimmer across the pool surface to collect leaves, insects, and other floating debris.
- Periodically lift the skimmer out of the water and empty the collected debris.

4.2 Wall Brushing
- Attach the 18-inch pool wall brush to the telepole.
- Systematically brush the pool walls, floor, and steps to dislodge dirt, algae, and grime. Ensure all surfaces are covered.
- After brushing, allow the dislodged particles to settle or run your pool filter to remove them.

4.3 Pool Vacuuming
- Ensure the flexible pool vacuum head is attached to the telepole and the 40-ft hose is connected to the vacuum head.
- Submerge the vacuum head and hose into the pool water. Allow the hose to fill completely with water to remove all air. This prevents air from entering your pump system.
- Connect the free end of the vacuum hose to your pool's skimmer suction port or a dedicated vacuum line.
- Slowly move the vacuum head across the pool floor in overlapping strokes to collect settled debris. Avoid lifting the vacuum head out of the water during operation.
- After vacuuming, monitor your pool filter pressure and backwash or clean the filter as necessary to remove collected debris.
4.4 Water Testing with Test Strips
- Dip one 3-in-1 test strip into the pool water for 2 seconds.
- Remove the strip from the water and do not shake off excess water.
- Wait 15 seconds for the color pads to develop.
- Compare the color pads on the strip to the color chart provided on the test strip bottle.
- Adjust pool chemicals (e.g., chlorine, pH increaser/decreaser, alkalinity increaser) based on the readings to maintain balanced water chemistry.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning Tools
After each use, rinse all components of the kit (skimmer, brush, vacuum head, telepole, hose) thoroughly with fresh water. This removes pool chemicals, dirt, and debris, which helps prevent corrosion and extends the lifespan of your equipment.
5.2 Storage
Store all components in a dry, shaded area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Use the provided aluminum hangers to store the telepole and other tools. Proper storage keeps your equipment organized and protected, ensuring it is ready for your next cleaning session.

6. Troubleshooting
- Poor Vacuum Suction:
Possible Causes: Air leaks in hose connections, clogged skimmer basket, clogged pump basket, low water level, dirty pool filter.
Solutions: Ensure all hose connections are tight. Empty skimmer and pump baskets. Check water level and add water if necessary. Backwash or clean your pool filter. - Skimmer Not Catching Debris Effectively:
Possible Causes: Skimmer net is torn or full, incorrect angle of approach.
Solutions: Inspect the skimmer net for damage and replace if needed. Empty the net frequently. Adjust the angle of the telepole to optimize debris collection. - Wall Brush Not Cleaning Effectively:
Possible Causes: Worn bristles, insufficient pressure.
Solutions: Inspect brush bristles for wear and replace the brush if necessary. Apply firm, consistent pressure while brushing. Increase brushing frequency. - Inaccurate Test Strip Readings:
Possible Causes: Expired test strips, improper storage, incorrect testing procedure.
Solutions: Check the expiration date on the test strip bottle. Store strips in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly sealed. Follow the testing instructions precisely, including dip time and wait time.
