2. Product Overview
The GEYA GRT8-B2 is a single-function electronic time relay designed for delay-off applications. It features two SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) output contacts and offers a wide range of adjustable time settings. This relay is suitable for DIN rail mounting and provides visual indication of its status via LED indicators.

3. Setup and Installation
Mounting:
The GRT8-B2 time relay is designed for DIN rail mounting. Ensure the DIN rail is securely installed in a suitable enclosure, away from excessive heat, moisture, and vibration.
Wiring Diagram:
Refer to the wiring diagrams below for proper connection of the time relay. Always ensure power is disconnected before making any connections.

Terminal Connections:
- A1(+), A2(-): Supply voltage input (AC230V).
- S: Trigger terminal for external control (e.g., push button).
- 15, 16, 18: First SPDT output contact. 15 is common, 16 is normally closed (NC), 18 is normally open (NO).
- 25, 26, 28: Second SPDT output contact. 25 is common, 26 is normally closed (NC), 28 is normally open (NO).
4. Operating Instructions
The GRT8-B2 operates in Delay OFF mode (Function B). This means that upon receiving a trigger or power-on, the output contacts will immediately change state, and then revert to their original state after a set delay time.
Time Setting:
The delay time is set using two rotary knobs on the front panel:

- Knob 1 (Time Range Selection): Selects the base time unit (seconds, minutes, hours, days) and the maximum value within that unit. Available ranges include: 0.1-1s, 1-10s, 6-60s, 1-10min, 6-60min, 1-10hr, 0.1-1day, 1-10day. There are also 'only ON' and 'only OFF' settings for continuous operation or immediate disconnection.
- Knob 2 (Time Percentage Setting %): Adjusts the delay time as a percentage (10% to 100%) of the selected time range.
Example: To set a 5-minute delay, select the '10m' range with Knob 1 and set Knob 2 to '50%'.
Function Mode B (Delay OFF):
In Delay OFF mode, when power is applied or the trigger (S terminal) is activated, the load connected to the relay's output contacts (e.g., 15-18) will turn ON immediately. After the set delay time has elapsed, the load will turn OFF. If the trigger is held during the delay, the load remains ON until the trigger is released, then the delay starts.

5. Maintenance
The GEYA GRT8-B2 time relay is designed for reliable operation with minimal maintenance. However, regular checks can help ensure its longevity and proper function.
- Visual Inspection: Periodically inspect the relay for any signs of physical damage, discoloration, or loose connections.
- Terminal Tightness: Ensure all screw terminals remain tight to prevent intermittent connections or overheating.
- Cleaning: If necessary, gently clean the exterior of the device with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Environmental Conditions: Verify that the operating environment remains within the specified temperature and humidity ranges.
6. Troubleshooting
