- Add 1 packet (1g) of yogurt starter culture powder to the milk.
- Stir the mixture gently until the powder is fully dissolved and evenly distributed.
- Fill the Jars:
- Carefully pour the milk and starter mixture into the 7 individual glass jars.
- Place the lids on the glass jars.
- Arrange the filled and covered jars inside the yogurt maker's main unit.

- Plug in the yogurt maker. The LCD display will illuminate.
- Press the power button to turn on the machine.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the fermentation time. A common recommendation is 8 to 10 hours. Longer fermentation times generally result in thicker yogurt.
- Once the desired time is set, the machine will automatically start the fermentation process. The PTC heating element will maintain a constant temperature between 35°C and 45°C.
- Completion:
- When the fermentation time is complete, the machine will automatically shut off and emit a beep.
- Carefully remove the jars from the yogurt maker.
- Allow the yogurt to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. This helps the yogurt set further and improves texture.
- Serving Suggestion:
- Once chilled, enjoy your homemade yogurt. You can add honey, jam, nuts, cereals, or fresh fruits according to your preference.

- Wipe the exterior of the main unit and the transparent lid with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surfaces.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before storing or next use.
