Button Functions

• MODE Button: Used to cycle through different operational modes (Time, Stopwatch, Countdown, Alarm, World Time).

Setup

Initial Power On and Battery

Timekeeping Mode

Stopwatch Mode

To measure elapsed time:

Lap Time and Split Time

1. In Stopwatch Mode, press ADJ to start.
2. Press DISPLAY to record a lap time without stopping the main timer. The lap time will be shown briefly.
3. Repeat DISPLAY for subsequent lap times.
4. Press ADJ to stop the stopwatch.
5. Press SET to reset.

Speed Measurement

The watch can estimate real-time speed based on elapsed time and a pre-set distance.
