1. Introduction

The MOMAX Q.Mag Power Magnetic Wireless Power Bank (Model IP109) is a versatile and portable charging solution designed to keep your devices powered on the go. 3. Setup

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Charge

Upon opening the package, you will find the MOMAX Q.Mag Power Bank, a USB-C charging cable, and this instruction manual. It is recommended to fully charge the power bank before its first use to ensure optimal performance.

Connect the included USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the power bank.
Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a compatible USB-C power adapter (not included).
The LED power indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show the charging progress. All four LEDs will be solid when fully charged.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Magnetic Wireless Charging (for iPhone 12/13/14/15 Series)

Ensure your iPhone is a compatible model (iPhone 12, 13, 14, or 15 series) and has MagSafe functionality.
Align the back of your iPhone with the magnetic charging area on the power bank. The magnets will automatically snap into place, securing the connection.
The power bank will begin wirelessly charging your iPhone.

4.2 Qi Wireless Charging (for other Qi-enabled devices)

Place your Qi-enabled device (e.g., compatible earbuds, Android phone) on the wireless charging surface of the power bank.
Ensure the device is centered on the charging area for optimal contact.
The power bank will begin wirelessly charging your device.

4.3 Wired Charging (USB-C PD)

Connect one end of a USB-C cable (included or compatible) to the USB-C port on the power bank.
Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to your device's charging port.
The power bank will begin wired charging your device. This port supports Power Delivery (PD) for faster charging.

4.4 Using the Foldable Stand

Gently pull out the foldable stand from the back of the power bank.
Adjust the stand to your desired angle. It supports multiple viewing angles for both vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) orientations.
Attach your MagSafe compatible iPhone to the power bank while the stand is deployed to use it as a viewing stand.
The lightweight design allows you to comfortably hold your phone with the power bank attached, even while playing games, without adding significant bulk.

5. Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the power bank. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Storage: Store the power bank in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Safety: Do not disassemble, crush, or puncture the power bank. Keep away from water and fire. Avoid dropping the device.

6. Troubleshooting

Issue	Possible Cause	Solution
Power bank not charging device.	Low power bank battery; improper alignment (wireless); loose cable (wired).	Recharge power bank; reposition device on wireless pad; ensure cable is securely connected.
Slow charging.	Device not optimally aligned for wireless charging; non-PD compatible cable/adapter (wired).	Adjust device position; use a PD-compatible cable and wall adapter for faster wired charging.
Magnetic attachment is weak.	Non-MagSafe compatible phone/case; thick phone case.	Ensure your iPhone is MagSafe compatible or use a MagSafe compatible case. Remove thick cases if necessary.
LED indicators not working.	Power bank is completely drained or faulty.	Attempt to charge the power bank for an extended period. If still unresponsive, contact customer support.
