Touch Controls

Each earbud is equipped with a touch-sensitive surface for easy control of music playback, calls, and voice assistant activation.

• Single Tap: Answer/Hang-up calls, Play/Pause music.
• Double Tap (Left Earbud): Previous track.
• Double Tap (Right Earbud): Next track.
• Triple Tap (Left Earbud): Volume down.
• Triple Tap (Right Earbud): Volume up.
• Long Press (2 seconds): Reject call, Activate Voice Assistant (Siri/Google Assistant).
• Long Press (5 seconds): Power On/Off.

Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. The charging case provides extended battery life for your earbuds.

• Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source.
• The indicator light on the case will show charging status.
• Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging.
• A full charge provides approximately 10 hours of playtime for the earbuds, with the case offering an additional 20 hours, totaling 30 hours.
• Fast charging: 10 minutes of charge provides up to 60 minutes of playtime.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

The earbuds use Bluetooth 5.1 for a stable and quick connection.

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged and placed in the charging case.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode (indicator lights will flash).
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "HOPPUP SYNC" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
5. Select "HOPPUP SYNC" to connect. Once connected, the indicator lights on the earbuds will stop flashing.
6. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

Operating Instructions

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
• Next Track: Double tap the right earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud.
• Volume Up: Triple tap the right earbud.
• Volume Down: Triple tap the left earbud.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long press (2 seconds) on either earbud.

Voice Assistant

The HOPPUP Sync earbuds support Google Assistant and Siri.

Maintenance

• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX4 water and dust resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat. They are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Battery Care: To preserve battery life, avoid fully discharging the earbuds and case frequently. Charge them regularly, even if not in constant use.
