3. Setup Instructions
3.1 Identifying Ports and Controls

Each unit (Transmitter and Receiver) features:
- HDMI Port: For HDMI video input (TX) or output (RX).
- SDI Port: For SDI video input (TX) or output (RX).
- USB 5V (Type-C) Port: For power input.
- Power Switch: To turn the unit on/off.
- OLED Display: Shows status, channel, and video format.
- Control Buttons: For menu navigation and channel selection.
- Battery Plate: For L-series batteries (not included).
3.2 Powering the Units
- Battery Power: Attach a compatible L-series battery to the battery plate on both the Transmitter and Receiver.
- USB-C Power: Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB 5V port on each unit and to a suitable 5V power source (e.g., power bank, wall adapter).
- Turn on both the Transmitter and Receiver using their respective power switches.
3.3 Connecting Video Sources
- Transmitter (TX): Connect your camera or video source's HDMI or SDI output to the corresponding input port on the ZO600S Transmitter.
- Receiver (RX): Connect the ZO600S Receiver's HDMI or SDI output to your monitor, recorder, or projector's corresponding input port.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Channel Selection and Pairing
The ZO600S units automatically scan for available channels. Ensure both the Transmitter and Receiver are powered on and within range. The OLED display on each unit will show the current channel and signal status. If the units do not pair automatically, use the control buttons to manually select the same channel on both the TX and RX units.

4.2 App Monitoring (iOS)
The ZO600S supports monitoring via an iOS application. Download the "Shimbol" app from the Apple App Store. Connect your iOS device to the ZO600S Receiver's Wi-Fi network. Follow the in-app instructions to monitor the video feed. The system supports simultaneous transmission to one receiver and one app, or two receivers.
4.3 Live Streaming via USB-C
The Receiver unit's USB-C port can be used for live streaming. Connect the Receiver to a computer via the USB-C port. The computer will recognize the Receiver as a UVC (USB Video Class) device, allowing you to use streaming software (e.g., OBS) to capture the video feed directly.

5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the units. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Storage: Store the units in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: If using batteries, ensure they are fully charged before use and stored properly when not in use for extended periods.
6. Troubleshooting
- No Signal:
- Ensure both TX and RX units are powered on.
- Verify that the video source is correctly connected to the TX and the monitor to the RX.
- Check that both units are set to the same channel.
- Confirm that the video source is outputting a compatible signal (1080P60, etc.).
- Reduce the distance between TX and RX, or ensure there are no major obstructions.
- Intermittent Signal/Poor Quality:
- Check for potential interference from other wireless devices.
- Ensure optimal line-of-sight between TX and RX.
- Try switching to a different channel.
- App Monitoring Issues:
- Ensure your iOS device is connected to the Receiver's Wi-Fi network.
- Update the Shimbol app to the latest version.
