Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the amplifier's exterior. Avoid using liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the amplifier frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Storage: When not in use, store the amplifier in a clean, dry environment away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound:
- Ensure the amplifier is powered on (power indicator light is illuminated).
- Check all audio cable connections between the source device, amplifier, and headphones/speakers.
- Verify the volume level on both the amplifier and your source device.
- Ensure your headphones or speakers are functioning correctly by testing them with another device.
- Distorted Sound:
- Reduce the volume on both the amplifier and the source device.
- Ensure your headphones' impedance is within the supported range of 16-300Ω.
- Check for damaged audio cables.
- Charging Issues:
- Ensure the Type-C charging cable is securely connected to both the amplifier and the power source.
- Try a different USB power source or charging cable.
- Verify the charging indicator light is active.
