1. Introduction

3. Product Overview

The GWF4 features four footswitches (A, B, C, D) for control, an LED display screen for status indication, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Footswitch

The GWF4 has a built-in rechargeable battery. Connect the supplied USB Type-C cable to the DC IN port on the footswitch and a suitable USB power adapter (5V=1A, not included). The color of the logo LED indicates the current battery life.

4.2 Pairing with GTRS Intelligent Guitar

1. Ensure your GTRS Intelligent guitar is powered on and within range.
2. Turn on the GWF4 Wireless Footswitch Controller using the POWER ON/OFF switch.
3. The footswitch will automatically attempt to connect to the GTRS guitar. The LED display will show the currently selected preset name upon successful connection.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preset Switching and Effect Toggling

The GWF4 is a four-channel footswitch (A, B, C, D) for switching between presets and toggling effects when using the GTRS Intelligent guitar. The footswitch LEDs indicate the current status, and the LED display screen shows the currently selected preset name.

5.2 Tuner Function

The tuner function can be accessed by pressing and holding the Super Knob of the GTRS guitar or by pressing and holding any of the wireless A/B/C/D footswitches on the GWF4.

5.3 Tap Tempo

The GWF4 supports TAP TEMPO to set up the delay time of delay effects. Press the corresponding preset footswitch to enter TAP TEMPO mode.

6. Connectivity

The GWF4 utilizes a 2.4G wireless connection to pair with your GTRS Intelligent guitar, eliminating the need for additional cables and providing freedom of movement.

7. Maintenance

• Keep the device clean and dry. Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity.
• Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Avoid dropping or subjecting the footswitch to strong impacts.

8. Troubleshooting

• No Power: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the USB Type-C cable to a power source.
• Connection Issues: Verify that the GTRS Intelligent guitar is powered on and the footswitch is within range. Try restarting both devices.
• Footswitch Unresponsive: Check battery level. Ensure proper pairing.
