4. Sizing Guide

Your ILM WS202 helmet comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps for initial setup:

2. Adjust Chin Strap: Loosen the chin strap and place the helmet on your head. Adjust the strap so it is snug but comfortable under your chin. The quick-release buckle should click securely into place.
3. Check Fit: With the chin strap fastened, try to move the helmet from side to side and up and down. It should feel snug and not move independently of your head.
4. Visor Protection: Remove any protective films from the clear outer visor and internal tinted visor.

6. Operating Instructions

Understanding how to operate your helmet's features will enhance your riding experience.

6.1. Modular Function

To lift the front section of the helmet (chin bar and outer visor), locate the flip-up button, typically at the center front of the chin bar. Press this button and lift the chin bar upwards until it locks into the open position. To close, press the button again and push the chin bar down until it securely latches.

6.2. Visor Operation

• Clear Outer Visor: The clear outer visor can be opened and closed manually. It has multiple detent positions to allow for partial opening.
• Internal Tinted Visor: To deploy the internal tinted visor, locate the slider mechanism on the side of the helmet (usually on the left). Slide it down to lower the tinted visor and up to retract it.

6.3. Ventilation System

• Top Vent: Slide the control on the top of the helmet to open or close the top vent, regulating airflow over the scalp.

7.1. Cleaning the Shell

The inner lining is removable and washable:
