3. Setup

Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
  2. Wash the stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, flat beater, wire whip, and splash guard in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are also dishwasher-safe.
  3. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water.

Assembly

  1. Place the mixer base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip suction cups on the bottom are securely attached to the countertop.
  2. Press the tilt-head switch to lift the motor head.
  3. Place the mixing bowl onto the base, aligning the bowl's tabs with the slots on the base, and twist clockwise until it locks into place.
  4. Select the desired attachment (dough hook, flat beater, or wire whip). Insert the attachment into the shaft and twist to secure it.
  5. Attach the splash guard by sliding it onto the motor head, ensuring it covers the bowl opening.
  6. Gently lower the motor head until it locks into place. You will hear a click.
  7. Ensure the speed control knob is in the '0' (off) position before plugging the mixer into a power outlet.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
