1. Important Safety Instructions

3. Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

  1. Carefully remove the appliance and all accessories from the packaging.
  2. Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels.

4. Operating Instructions

General Operation:

  2. Close the lid and plug the appliance into a 220V power outlet. The red power indicator light will illuminate.
  3. Allow the appliance to preheat. The green 'Ready' indicator light will turn on when the desired temperature is reached. This typically takes 3-5 minutes.
  4. Once preheated, open the lid using the cool-touch handle.
  5. Place your food onto the bottom plate. Do not overfill.
  6. Close the lid. The green 'Ready' light may turn off during cooking as the appliance maintains temperature.
  7. Cook for the recommended time (see specific plate instructions below) or until desired doneness.
  8. Carefully remove food using a heat-resistant plastic or wooden utensil to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
  9. After use, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.

Using Sandwich Plates:

  1. Install the sandwich plates.
  2. Preheat the appliance until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
  3. Place two slices of bread with your desired filling onto the bottom plate. The deep plates are designed to seal the edges.
  4. Close the lid and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes, or until the sandwich is golden brown and sealed.

Using Grill Plates:

  1. Install the grill plates.
  2. Preheat the appliance until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
  3. Place items such as panini, vegetables, or small cuts of meat onto the bottom grill plate.
  4. Close the lid and cook for the desired time, checking periodically for doneness.

Using Waffle Plates:

  1. Install the waffle plates.
  2. Preheat the appliance until the green 'Ready' light illuminates.
  3. Pour waffle batter evenly onto the bottom waffle plate, ensuring not to overfill.
  4. Close the lid and cook for approximately 4-7 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and cooked through.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.

  1. Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove the interchangeable plates by pressing the release buttons (if applicable) and lifting them out.
