Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

1. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
2. Connect Charger: Connect the provided Type-C USB cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power source.

Pairing with a Device

Troubleshooting

• No sound from one earbud: Check if both earbuds are properly charged and connected. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them in the case and then taking them out.
• Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different USB port or power adapter. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the earbuds are securely seated in your ears. Try different sized eartips for a better seal. Check the audio source device's volume and settings.
• Earbuds not connecting to previously paired device: Ensure Bluetooth is on and the earbuds are within range. Forget the device from your Bluetooth list and re-pair them.
