4. Setup Guide

4.1 Initial Power-on and Wi-Fi Connection

Follow these steps to power on your camera and connect it to your Wi-Fi network:

1. Connect the camera to a 48V POE switch/injector or a 12V 2A power adapter.
2. Wait for the red indicator light to slowly flash. If it doesn't, reset the camera using a pin.
3. On your smartphone, go to Wi-Fi settings and connect to the camera's hotspot (e.g., "AYS-XXXX").
4. Open the 'TSEYE' app. The device should be automatically added. Tap "OK" to confirm.
5. In the app, select your 2.4G Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
6. During network configuration, return to your phone's Wi-Fi settings and ensure your phone is connected to the same 2.4G Wi-Fi network. If not, manually connect. Then return to the app and wait for the network configuration to succeed.

4.2 Physical Installation

The mini design allows for flexible placement. Use the included screw set for mounting. Ensure the camera is positioned to capture the desired area.

5.1 Remote Viewing

Once connected to your network, you can view the camera feed remotely using the 'TSEYE' app on your smartphone or the VMS software on your Windows computer.

• IP Address issues: Some users have reported initial IP address issues. The default IP might be 192.168.0.108.
