Maintenance

- Battery Replacement: Replace the batteries when the low battery indicator lights up or when you notice a degradation in performance. Always ensure correct polarity (+/-) during battery installation to prevent damage.
Troubleshooting
1. Connectivity Issues:
- No Connection: Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer. Try a different USB port if the issue persists.
- Intermittent Connection: If the keyboard or mouse frequently disconnects, try turning off both devices and then turning them back on. This can often re-establish a stable connection.
- Range: Ensure the keyboard and mouse are within the effective 2.4G wireless range (up to 10 meters or 33 feet) of the USB receiver. Large metal objects or other wireless devices can cause interference.
2. Keys Not Responding / Mouse Not Moving:
- Battery Check: Verify that the batteries in both the keyboard and mouse are correctly installed and have sufficient charge. Replace them if the low battery indicator is on or if performance is poor.
- Auto-Sleep: If the devices have been idle, they may have entered auto-sleep mode. Simply press any key on the keyboard or move the mouse to wake them up.
- Receiver Issue: Unplug the USB receiver from your computer, wait a few seconds, and then plug it back in.
3. Lag or Delayed Response:
- Interference: Move the keyboard and mouse closer to the USB receiver. Avoid placing the receiver near other wireless devices (like Wi-Fi routers, cordless phones) that might cause signal interference.
- Surface (Mouse): Ensure the mouse is used on a suitable, non-reflective surface. Uneven or highly reflective surfaces can affect optical tracking.
