1. Unboxing and Placement

- Enter the subject's height, age, and gender as prompted.
- Instruct the subject to step onto the platform, placing their bare feet on the designated foot electrodes.
- Have the subject grasp the hand electrodes firmly, ensuring their thumbs are on the oval electrodes and their arms are straight, not touching their body.
- Instruct the subject to remain still and silent during the measurement, which typically takes less than 60 seconds.
