4. Setup Guide

4.1. Battery Installation and Charging

1. Open the battery compartment cover located at the bottom of the camcorder.
2. Insert a fully charged 1800 mAh Lithium Polymer battery, ensuring correct polarity.
3. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
4. To charge, connect the camcorder to a power source using the provided USB cable and charger. The charging indicator light will illuminate.

4.2. Memory Card Insertion

1. Locate the SD card slot on the side of the camcorder.
2. Insert the 64GB memory card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
3. To remove, gently press the card inward until it springs out.

4.3. Attaching Accessories

The ORDRO AC3 is designed for modularity. Follow these steps to attach common accessories:

4.3.1. Microphone Installation

1. Slide the CM550 directional microphone onto the hot shoe mount located on top of the camcorder.
2. Secure the microphone by tightening its locking mechanism.
3. Connect the microphone's 3.5mm audio jack to the microphone input port on the camcorder.

4.3.2. Wide Angle Lens and Lens Hood Attachment

1. Screw the 0.39X 72mm wide-angle lens onto the front of the camcorder's main lens.
2. Attach the lens hood to the front of the wide-angle lens by aligning the grooves and twisting until secure.

4.3.3. Handheld Stabilizer Attachment

1. Unfold the handheld stabilizer.
2. Screw the camcorder onto the 1/4-inch threaded screw on the stabilizer's mounting plate.
3. Ensure the camcorder is securely fastened to the stabilizer.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

• To power on, open the LCD screen. The camcorder will automatically turn on.
• To power off, close the LCD screen. The camcorder will automatically turn off.

5.2. Basic Recording

1. Ensure a charged battery and memory card are installed.
2. Open the LCD screen to power on the camcorder.
3. Press the START/STOP button to begin recording. The recording indicator will illuminate.
4. Press the START/STOP button again to stop recording.

5.3. Using the Touch Screen

The 3.0-inch IPS touch screen allows for intuitive navigation and control. Tap icons to select modes, adjust settings, and review footage.

5.4. Digital Zoom

Use the zoom lever located near the top of the camcorder to zoom in or out. The camcorder supports up to 30X digital zoom.

5.5. IR Night Vision Mode
