Setup
Charging the Speaker
Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the speaker's charging port and a compatible USB power adapter (not included). The 20000mAh battery provides up to 12 hours of playtime at lowest volume. Charging time is approximately 8 hours. The speaker can also function as a power bank to charge your mobile devices in an emergency.

Bluetooth Pairing
- Power on the speaker by pressing and holding the power button. The Bluetooth indicator will flash, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "XDOBO X8 MAX" from the list. Once connected, the Bluetooth indicator will remain solid.
True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing
To achieve a true wireless stereo experience with two X8 MAX speakers:
- Ensure both X8 MAX speakers are powered off.
- Power on both speakers simultaneously.
- On one of the speakers (this will be your primary speaker), press and hold the TWS button (often labeled 'M' or a specific TWS icon) until you hear a pairing tone.
- The speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once paired, the TWS indicator on both speakers will light up.
- Connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described above. Audio will now play in synchronized stereo across both speakers.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button located on the top panel to turn the speaker on or off.
EQ Modes
The X8 MAX features 3 equalizer audio modes to optimize sound for different content:
- Full Frequency (Default): Balanced sound profile.
- Vocals: Enhances vocal clarity.
- Bass: Boosts low-frequency response for deeper bass.
Press the 'EQ' button on the control panel to cycle through the available modes. The EQ indicator light will change color to indicate the active mode (e.g., green for Vocals, blue for Bass, etc.).

Volume Control
Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the top panel to adjust the volume. Press '+' to increase volume and '-' to decrease volume.
Voice Assistant
Short press the microphone button on the control panel to activate the voice assistant on your connected Bluetooth device. You can then speak commands through the speaker's built-in microphone.
Using AUX, TF Card, and USB Modes
The speaker supports multiple input sources:
- AUX Mode: Connect an external audio device using the included 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX port. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode.
- TF Card Mode: Insert a micro SD (TF) card into the TF card slot. The speaker will automatically detect and play audio files from the card.
- USB Mode: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port. The speaker will automatically detect and play audio files from the drive.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Waterproof: The speaker is IPX5 waterproof, meaning it can withstand splashes and light rain. Do not submerge the speaker in water. Ensure the port cover is securely closed before exposure to water.
Troubleshooting
