4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer gun and hose kit:

1. Connect Hose to Pressure Washer: Apply Teflon tape to the threads of the M22-14mm fitting. Connect one end of the 25 FT pressure washer hose to your pressure washer's outlet using the M22-14mm fitting. Ensure a tight, leak-free connection.
2. Connect Hose to Gun: Connect the other end of the pressure washer hose to the inlet of the pressure washer gun. The 3/8" swivel quick connector allows for flexible movement and helps prevent hose kinking during use.
3. Attach Extension Lances: The kit includes two adjustable extension lances. You can configure them into three different lengths by attaching one or both lances to the gun. Simply push and twist to secure them.
4. Select and Attach Nozzle: Choose the desired quick-connect spray nozzle (see Section 5 for nozzle selection) and insert it into the end of the extension lance until it clicks securely into place.

5.1 Nozzle Selection

The kit includes five quick-connect spray nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:

• 0° (Red): Pin-point jet for intense cleaning of small, tough spots. Use with extreme caution.
• 15° (Yellow): Narrow, high-pressure spray for stubborn dirt on hard surfaces.
• 25° (Green): Medium-angle spray for general cleaning of most surfaces.
• 40° (White): Wide-angle spray for gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
• Soap (Black): Low-pressure, wide-angle spray for applying detergents.

Always test the spray pattern on an inconspicuous area first to avoid damage.

5.2 Adjustable Length

Utilize the two extension lances to adjust the length of your spray gun. This allows for versatile cleaning, from reaching high areas like roofs to tackling ground grime effortlessly.

5.3 Swivel Quick Connector

The integrated 3/8" swivel quick connector at the gun's inlet allows the hose to rotate freely under pressure. This feature prevents the hose from kinking, providing greater flexibility and maneuverability during use.

5.4 Easy Pull Trigger

6. Maintenance

• After Each Use: Disconnect the hose from both the pressure washer and the gun. Drain any remaining water from the hose and gun to prevent freezing in cold weather and to prolong component life.
• Check Fittings and O-rings: Periodically inspect all fittings and O-rings for wear or damage. Replace any worn parts to prevent leaks and maintain pressure. Use Teflon tape on threaded connections as needed.
• Nozzle Cleaning: If a nozzle becomes clogged, use the included nozzle cleaning tool or a thin wire to clear any debris.
• Storage: Store the pressure washer gun, hose, and accessories in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Coil the hose neatly to prevent kinks.
