Operating Instructions
Using the Pressure Washer (SPX3500)
- Purge Air: Before turning on the power, squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to allow water to flow through the system and purge any air. Continue until a steady stream of water emerges.
- Power On: Turn on the pressure washer. The Total Stop System (TSS) will automatically shut off the pump when the trigger is not engaged, prolonging pump life.
- Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate quick-connect nozzle for your task:
- 0° (Red): For intense spot cleaning or hard-to-reach areas. Use with extreme caution.
- 15° (Yellow): For aggressive cleaning of hard surfaces.
- 25° (Green): For general cleaning of most surfaces.
- 40° (White): For gentle cleaning of delicate surfaces.
- Soap (Black): For applying detergent.
- Apply Detergent (Optional): If using detergent, attach the black soap nozzle and adjust the detergent dial to the desired flow rate. Apply detergent to the surface, allowing it to soak before rinsing.
- Cleaning: Hold the spray gun firmly and maintain a safe distance from the surface. Start spraying from top to bottom, using overlapping strokes.
- Shut Down: When finished, turn off the pressure washer, turn off the water supply, and squeeze the trigger to release any remaining pressure. Disconnect hoses.
Using the Sky Lance (SPX-SRL9)
- Safety First: Ensure you have a stable footing and are aware of your surroundings, especially when working at extended heights.
- Connect to Gun: Securely attach the Sky Lance to your pressure washer's spray gun.
- Target Area: Aim the Sky Lance towards the area to be cleaned. The angled adapters help direct the spray for gutters, soffits, and other elevated surfaces.
- Operate: Squeeze the trigger on your pressure washer's gun to activate the water flow through the Sky Lance.
- Control: Use the shoulder strap and maintain a firm grip on the lance for control and stability.
