2. Device Recognition: Your operating system should automatically detect the ADATA SE880. It will appear as an external drive in your file explorer (Windows) or Finder (macOS).
3. Initial Format (if needed): The drive is typically pre-formatted with exFAT for broad cross-platform compatibility. If you require a different file system (e.g., NTFS for Windows-specific use, APFS for macOS-specific use), you may need to reformat the drive using your operating system's disk utility. Warning: Reformatting will erase all data on the drive.

• Slow Transfer Speeds:
  • Verify that your host device's USB port supports USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 for maximum speeds. Older USB standards (e.g., USB 2.0, USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1) will result in lower speeds.
  • Ensure you are using the supplied USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 compatible cable.

• Cannot Write Files (Read-Only):
