Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your slow cooker.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place all desired ingredients into the ceramic inner pot. Do not overfill; ensure there is at least 1 inch of space from the rim.
  2. Place Lid: Cover the ceramic pot with the lid. Ensure it is seated properly.
  3. Plug In: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Select Cooking Mode: Turn the control dial to your desired setting:
    • LOW: For slow cooking over a longer period (e.g., 6-8 hours).
    • HIGH: For faster cooking (e.g., 3-4 hours).
    • WARM: To keep cooked food at a serving temperature. Do not use for cooking raw food.
  5. Cooking Process: The indicator light will illuminate when the unit is powered on and a cooking mode is selected. Avoid lifting the lid frequently, as this releases heat and extends cooking time.
  6. Finish Cooking: Once cooking is complete, turn the control dial to "OFF" and unplug the unit from the wall outlet.
  7. Serve: Carefully remove the lid, using oven mitts if necessary, as steam will be hot. Use appropriate utensils to serve food from the ceramic pot.
