Setup

Proper setup is crucial for safe and accurate operation. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Securely Mount the Saw: Set up the table saw securely on its robust metal stand on a stable, level surface. Ensure the stand is fully extended and locked into position to prevent any movement during operation.

2. Install and Adjust the Blade: Carefully install the circular saw blade onto the arbor. Ensure the blade is oriented correctly with the teeth pointing towards the front of the saw. Adjust the blade depth and angle according to your cutting requirements. The saw supports incline settings of 45° L / 0° R.

3. Connect Dust Extraction: For optimal dust management and a clear view of the cutting line, connect a suitable dust extraction system to the saw's dust port.
4. Check Power Connection: Ensure the saw is connected to a suitable power supply (240 Volts, 15 Amps recommended).

Operating Instructions

Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and a dust mask, when operating the table saw.

1. Prepare the Material: Ensure your workpiece is clean, free of foreign objects, and properly supported. Use the rip fence or miter gauge to position the material accurately for the desired cut.
2. Power On and Guide Material: With the material positioned, switch on the table saw. Allow the blade to reach full speed before beginning the cut. Gently and steadily guide the material through the blade for precise and clean cuts. Maintain firm control of the workpiece throughout the cutting process.

3. Cutting Capacity: The saw offers a maximum cutting capacity of 80 mm at 90° and 55 mm at 45°. The maximum cutting capacity on the right side is 545 mm.
4. After Cutting: Once the cut is complete, switch off the saw and wait for the blade to come to a complete stop before removing the workpiece or making any adjustments.
