1. Introduction

This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your X-PRO Templar X 250cc Dirt Bike. 2. Safety Information

WARNING:

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection

Carefully cut the straps and remove the cardboard packaging. Two individuals are recommended for safely lifting the motorcycle from its metal frame. Inspect all components for any signs of damage during transit.

3.2. Front Wheel Installation

Remove the front wheel from its packaging. Ensure the spacers are correctly positioned on either side of the wheel hub. Align the wheel with the front forks and insert the axle. Secure the axle with the provided nuts and bolts.

3.3. Handlebar and Controls Assembly

Attach the handlebar risers to the triple clamp using the provided bolts. Place the handlebar into the risers and secure it. Connect the brake and clutch levers, and ensure all control cables are routed correctly and have proper slack.

3.4. Fender and Side Panel Installation

Install the front fender to the front forks using the designated screws. Attach the side panels to the motorcycle frame, ensuring they snap securely into place and all mounting points are fastened.

3.5. Headlight and Turn Signal Connections

Connect the wiring for the headlight and front turn signals. Ensure all connectors are firmly seated. Mount the headlight assembly to the front fork brackets.

3.6. Battery Connection

Locate the battery compartment, typically under the seat. Connect the positive (red) terminal first, then the negative (black) terminal. Ensure connections are tight and secure.

3.7. Rear Rack Installation

If your model includes a rear rack, attach it to the designated mounting points on the rear subframe. Secure with bolts and ensure it is stable.

3.8. Mirror Installation

Thread the mirrors into their respective mounts on the handlebars. Tighten them securely, ensuring good visibility.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Starting the Engine

Ensure the fuel valve is open and the ignition key is turned to the 'ON' position. For cold starts, use the choke. Kick-start the engine firmly. Once started, allow the engine to warm up before riding.
