Setup

1. Charging the Mouse

The UrbanX wireless mouse features a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, or when the battery is low, connect the mouse to a power source using the provided Micro USB cable. A full charge can provide up to 500 hours of use.

2. Connecting via 2.4GHz Wireless (USB Dongle)

  1. Locate the USB receiver (dongle) stored in the battery compartment of the mouse.
  2. Insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer (Laptop/PC/Mac).
  3. Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the bottom.
  4. The mouse should automatically connect to your device.

3. Connecting via Bluetooth

  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select "UrbanX Mouse" or similar.

For optimal use with iPad or iPhone, ensure your device is updated to iPadOS 13 / iOS 13 or above, and enable the AssistiveTouch feature.

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch.
  2. Toggle AssistiveTouch to ON.

Operating the Mouse

DPI Adjustment (Sensitivity)

The mouse features 3 adjustable DPI levels (800, 1200, 1600) to suit your preference and task. To change the DPI, press the dedicated DPI button located behind the scroll wheel.
