Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Regularly clean the charging connectors to prevent sweat and dirt buildup, which can affect charging performance. Use a soft brush or cloth for this purpose.

2. Water Resistance and Storage

The CANMORE TW356 is IPX7 rated for water resistance. For optimal performance and longevity, store the device in a cool, dry place. After exposure to sweat or dirt, clean the watch thoroughly.

Troubleshooting

  • Distance Measurement Displays "—": If the device shows "—" instead of distance figures, this indicates a low battery level. Connect the watch to a power source for recharging. The device enters a power reserve mode when the battery is low, which can reduce GPS range and prevent accurate location acquisition.
  • GPS Signal Issues: Ensure the GPS receiver is not covered and you are in an open area without obstructions when attempting to acquire a GPS signal.
  • General Performance Issues: If you experience other operational difficulties, please refer to the support section or the official CANMORE website for further assistance.
