Operating Modes
The U`King LED Par Light offers five primary control modes:
1. Automatic Mode
In Automatic mode, the light cycles through pre-programmed light shows without external input. This is ideal for quick setup and continuous operation.
- Press the "MENU" button on the rear panel until "Auto" or a similar indicator appears on the digital display.
- Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to select different automatic programs if available.
- Press "ENTER" to confirm the selection.
2. Sound Activated Mode
The light will react to sound and music, changing patterns and colors in sync with the audio input.
- Press the "MENU" button until "Sound" or "Snd" appears on the digital display.
- The light will now respond to ambient sound detected by its built-in microphone.
- Adjust the microphone sensitivity if needed (refer to advanced settings in the menu).
3. DMX Control Mode
For professional control, connect the light to a DMX controller. The light uses 8 DMX channels.
- Connect a DMX cable from the DMX OUT of your controller to the DMX IN of the first light.
- For multiple lights, daisy-chain them by connecting the DMX OUT of the first light to the DMX IN of the second, and so on.
- Press the "MENU" button until "dXXX" (where XXX is the DMX address) appears on the digital display.
- Use the "UP" and "DOWN" buttons to set the desired DMX starting address for the fixture. Each fixture in a DMX chain must have a unique starting address.
- Press "ENTER" to confirm the DMX address.
- Refer to your DMX controller's manual and the light's DMX channel chart (usually provided in a separate DMX protocol sheet or advanced section of the manual) for specific channel functions (e.g., dimmer, red, green, blue, white, strobe, mode).
4. Master-Slave Mode
In Master-Slave mode, one light acts as the "Master" and controls other "Slave" lights, synchronizing their effects.
- Connect the DMX OUT of the designated Master light to the DMX IN of the first Slave light. Continue daisy-chaining all Slave lights.
- Set the Master light to either Automatic or Sound Activated mode.
- Set all Slave lights to "Slave" mode (usually indicated by "SLAV" or similar on the display). Refer to the light's menu for this setting.
- The Slave lights will now mimic the Master light's behavior.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your U`King LED Par Light, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Light does not power on. | No power supply; faulty cable; power outlet issue. | Check power cable connection. Try a different power outlet. Ensure the power switch (if any) is ON. |
| No light output. | Light is in standby; LED button off; DMX signal issue. | Press the "LED" button on the remote. Check the mode setting on the digital display. If in DMX mode, ensure a valid DMX signal is present and the DMX address is correct. |
| Remote control not working. | Battery depleted; remote not aimed at sensor; interference. | Replace the remote control battery. Ensure direct line of sight to the light's IR sensor. Reduce potential interference. |
| Light not responding to DMX. | Incorrect DMX address; faulty DMX cable; DMX termination missing. | Verify the DMX address matches your controller's setting. Check DMX cable connections. Ensure a DMX terminator is used on the last fixture in a chain for stable signal. |
| Sound Activated mode not working. | No sound input; microphone sensitivity too low. | Ensure there is sufficient sound near the light. Adjust microphone sensitivity via the menu settings. |
