Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your VEILZOR Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo:

1. Insert Batteries: The keyboard requires one AA battery and the mouse requires one AA battery (batteries not included). Open the battery compartments on the underside of both the keyboard and mouse and insert the batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
2. Locate USB Receiver: The single USB receiver for both devices is conveniently stored inside the mouse's battery compartment. Carefully remove it.
3. Connect Receiver: Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer, desktop, or laptop.
4. Power On: Turn on the power switch located on the underside of both the keyboard and the mouse. The devices are plug-and-play and should connect automatically within a few seconds.

Troubleshooting

• No Connection/Lag:
  • Ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port on your computer.
  • Verify that both the keyboard and mouse are powered on.
  • Check the battery levels. Replace batteries if they are low.
  • Move the devices closer to the USB receiver to ensure they are within the 10m/33ft signal range.
  • Try plugging the USB receiver into a different USB port.

• Mouse Cursor Jumps/Erratic:
  • Ensure the mouse is used on a clean, non-reflective surface.
  • Adjust the DPI settings using the DPI button on the mouse.
• Multimedia Keys Not Working (Mac): As noted, some combination multimedia keys may not be fully functional on Mac systems. This is expected behavior.
