Setup Instructions
1. Power Connection
Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the back of the Sound Rise II, then plug it into a wall outlet. The unit will power on and the display will illuminate.
2. Setting Date and Time
- Locate the SETUP button on the back panel (labeled 4 in Figure 3).
- Press the SETUP button to enter time/date setting mode.
- Use the TUNE | SET rotary knob on the top panel to adjust values (e.g., hour, minute, year, month, day).
- Press the ENTER button (center of the TUNE | SET knob) to confirm each setting and move to the next.
- Continue until all time and date settings are confirmed.
3. Home/Hotel Mode Selection
The Sound Rise II features a Home/Hotel switch on the back panel (labeled 6 in Figure 3). Set this switch to HM for home use or HTL for hotel use. Hotel mode may restrict certain settings for public use.

- VOLUME Knob: Rotate to adjust audio volume.
- TUNE | SET Knob: Rotate to tune FM radio or navigate settings. Press ENTER (center) to confirm.
- PRESET Buttons (<<, >>): Navigate saved FM radio presets.
- PLAY/PAUSE Button (>): Play or pause audio.
- SLEEP Button: Activates the sleep timer.
- PAIR Button: Initiates Bluetooth pairing.
- NATURE SOUND Button: Cycles through nature sounds.
- SOURCE Button: Switches between input sources (FM, Bluetooth, AUX).
- MODE Button: Accesses alarm mode settings.
- SET Button: Used for alarm setup.
- ON/OFF Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- DIMMER Button: Adjusts display brightness.
- SNOOZE Bar: Temporarily silences an active alarm.
Setting Alarms
The Sound Rise II supports two independent alarms. Follow these steps to set an alarm:
- Short press the SET button. The alarm time will start flashing.
- Turn the TUNE | SET rotary knob to adjust the alarm time (hour and minute). Press ENTER to confirm each segment.
- Press and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds to enter the alarm mode setting. Here you can select:
- Alarm Source: Choose between Bluetooth, FM radio, or built-in alarm chime.
- Alarm Volume: Set the desired maximum alarm volume.
- Alarm Frequency: Select daily, weekdays, weekends, or a specific day.
- Short press the MODE button to view current alarm settings for 5 seconds.
The alarm features a progressive wake-up volume, gradually increasing to your set level.
Using FM Radio
- Press the SOURCE button until FM radio is selected.
- Extend the FM antenna (if not already done) for optimal reception.
- Rotate the TUNE | SET knob to manually tune to a station.
- To save a preset, tune to the desired station, then press and hold one of the PRESET buttons (<< or >>) until the display confirms the save.
- Short press the PRESET buttons to cycle through saved stations.
Note: This device supports FM radio only; AM radio is not supported.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Press the SOURCE button until Bluetooth mode is selected. The Bluetooth indicator will flash.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
- Select "Sound Rise II" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator on the Sound Rise II will become solid, and you can stream audio from your device.
Nature Sound Machine
The Sound Rise II includes 6 built-in nature sounds to help with relaxation and sleep.

- Press the NATURE SOUND button to activate and cycle through the available sounds.
- Adjust the volume using the VOLUME knob.
- To turn off nature sounds, press the NATURE SOUND button until it is deselected or switch to another source.
USB Charging Ports
The Sound Rise II is equipped with three USB charging ports:
- One 20W Type-C port (top-mounted)
- One 12W Type-A port (top-mounted)
- One 18W Type-A QC3.0 port (rear-mounted)
These ports allow you to charge up to three devices simultaneously. Simply connect your device's USB charging cable to the appropriate port.

Optional Wireless Charging Pad
An optional Qi-certified wireless charging pad (Model# FCI4C, purchased separately) can be seamlessly integrated with the Sound Rise II. This pad provides up to 15W wireless charging.

Maintenance
Cleaning
To clean the Sound Rise II, gently wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these can damage the finish and internal components.
Storage
When not in use for extended periods, store the unit in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Disconnect the power adapter before storing.
