1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper use and maintenance of your ZTE Blade L9 smartphone. Please read this guide thoroughly before operating your device to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The ZTE Blade L9 features a 5.0-inch TFT display, runs on Android 11 (Go edition), and is powered by a Quad-core 1.3 GHz processor.

Note: Other accessories such as a USB cable, headphones, or protective case may be sold separately.

3. Setup

3.1. Inserting SIM Cards and MicroSD Card

The ZTE Blade L9 supports Dual SIM functionality and expandable storage via a MicroSD card (up to 128GB).

1. Locate the SIM/MicroSD card tray on the side of your device.
2. Insert the SIM ejector tool (if provided, or a small paperclip) into the small hole on the tray to eject it.
3. Carefully place your 3G GSM SIM cards into the designated slots with the gold contacts facing down.
4. If using, insert a MicroSD card into its dedicated slot.
5. Gently push the tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.

3.2. Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the device battery.

1. Connect the power adapter to a power outlet.
2. Connect the other end of the adapter to the charging port on your phone.
3. The charging indicator will appear on the screen.

The ZTE Blade L9 is equipped with a non-removable Li-Po 2000 mAh battery.

3.3. Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the ZTE logo appears.

• Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi, turn Wi-Fi on, and select your desired network.
• Mobile Data: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network and ensure 'Mobile data' is enabled.

Connect your device to Bluetooth accessories like headphones or speakers.

1. Go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on.
2. Select 'Pair new device' and choose your accessory from the list.

5.1. Battery Care

To prolong the life of your 2000 mAh Li-Po battery:

• Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Do not let the battery completely drain frequently.
• Use only the provided or approved charging accessories.

5.2. Cleaning Your Device

Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the screen and body of your phone. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ZTE Blade L9, try the following solutions:

• Device not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to the charger for at least 15 minutes, then try powering it on again.
• No network signal: Check that your SIM card is correctly inserted. Verify that mobile data is enabled in settings. Restart the device.
