1. Introduction and Safety Information
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your VONROC CS502AC Circular Saw. Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before using the tool. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
General Power Tool Safety Warnings
- Work Area Safety: Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
- Electrical Safety: Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any way. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
- Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use personal protective equipment such as dust masks, non-skid safety shoes, hard hats, or hearing protection when appropriate. Stay alert, watch what you are doing, and use common sense when operating a power tool.
- Power Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Disconnect the plug from the power source before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
- Service: Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is maintained.

3. Setup
3.1 Installing the Saw Blade
- Ensure the saw is unplugged from the power source.
- Press the spindle lock button to secure the blade.
- Use the provided wrench to loosen the blade retaining bolt.
- Retract the lower blade guard and carefully remove the old blade (if applicable).
- Place the new 185mm blade onto the spindle, ensuring the teeth direction matches the arrow on the blade guard.
- Secure the blade with the retaining bolt and tighten it firmly using the wrench. Release the spindle lock.
Warning: Always use sharp, undamaged blades. Dull or damaged blades can cause kickback and reduce cutting efficiency.
3.2 Attaching the Parallel Guide
The parallel guide helps achieve straight cuts parallel to the workpiece edge.
- Slide the parallel guide into the slot on the front of the saw's base plate.
- Adjust the guide to the desired cutting width.
- Tighten the locking screw to secure the guide in place.
3.3 Adjusting Cutting Depth
Set the cutting depth to approximately 3-6mm deeper than the material thickness to ensure a clean cut.
- Loosen the depth adjustment lever.
- Raise or lower the base plate until the desired depth is indicated on the scale.
- Tighten the depth adjustment lever firmly.

3.4 Adjusting Bevel Angle
The saw can make bevel cuts up to 45 degrees.
- Loosen the bevel adjustment lever.
- Tilt the base plate to the desired angle, indicated on the bevel scale.
- Tighten the bevel adjustment lever firmly.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Before Starting
- Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped.
- Check that the blade is sharp and correctly installed.
- Verify that all adjustments (depth, bevel, guide) are securely tightened.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, hearing protection, dust mask).
4.2 Making a Cut
- Plug the saw into a suitable power outlet.
- Hold the saw firmly with both hands.
- Press the safety switch, then squeeze the trigger switch to start the saw. Allow the blade to reach full speed before contacting the workpiece.
- Guide the saw smoothly and steadily through the material. Do not force the saw.
- Maintain a clear line of sight to the cutting line.
- Once the cut is complete, release the trigger switch and allow the blade to stop completely before lifting the saw from the workpiece.
Caution: Always ensure the lower blade guard operates freely and closes automatically after each cut.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the tool before cleaning.
- Regularly clean the ventilation slots to prevent overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air.
- Wipe the tool housing with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keep the blade guard mechanism clean and free of sawdust to ensure proper operation.
5.2 Blade Replacement
