Setup
- Unpack and Clean: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Wash the glass pitcher, lid, and reusable filter basket with warm, soapy water before first use. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Place the Pitcher: Position the 3-quart glass pitcher securely on the brewing base.
- Add Water: Open the water tank lid located at the top rear of the unit. Pour fresh, filtered water into the water tank up to the desired level indicated by the markings (2, 4, or 6 cups). Do not exceed the MAX level.
- Insert Filter Basket: Place the reusable filter basket into its designated slot under the top lid.
- Add Tea/Coffee: Add your preferred amount of ground coffee, tea bags, or loose-leaf tea into the reusable filter basket. Close the top lid securely.
- Add Ice to Pitcher: For iced beverages, fill the glass pitcher with ice cubes up to the "ICE" mark. This helps to rapidly cool the brewed beverage.

Operating Instructions
- Adjust Strength: Use the strength selector dial on the front of the unit to choose your desired flavor strength. Slide the dial towards "MAX" for a stronger brew or towards "STRENGTH" for a milder brew.
- Start Brewing: Press the power button located on the side of the unit. The indicator light will illuminate, and the brewing process will begin automatically.
- Brewing Process: Hot water will be dispensed over the tea or coffee grounds, dripping into the pitcher below. For iced beverages, the hot brew will be cooled rapidly by the ice in the pitcher.
- Serving: Once brewing is complete, the unit will automatically shut off. Carefully remove the pitcher from the base and serve your freshly brewed iced tea or coffee.

- Glass Pitcher and Filter Basket: The 3-quart glass pitcher and the reusable filter basket are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. Alternatively, wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
- Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Descaling: Over time, mineral deposits may build up. Periodically descale the unit by brewing a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water. Follow with two cycles of plain water to rinse.
