3. Setup and Installation
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or protective films from the appliance.
- Placement: Place the oven on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10-15 cm or 4-6 inches) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation. Do not place it near flammable materials or under cabinets.

4. Operating Instructions

- Insert Accessories: Slide the accessory into the desired rack position. The oven has multiple rack levels.
- Close Doors: Ensure both French doors are fully closed.
- Set Temperature: Turn the top dial to select the desired temperature (90°C to 230°C).
- Select Function: Turn the middle dial to choose a cooking function:
- Toast: For bread, bagels, etc.
- Bake: For general baking (cakes, cookies).
- Grill: For broiling or grilling.
- Turbo Convection Bake: For faster, more even baking with fan assistance.
- Reheat: For warming up pre-cooked food.
- Air Fry: For frying with little to no oil.
