3. Controls and Ports

The Spark MINI features intuitive controls and essential connectivity ports for ease of use.

Top Panel Controls:

  • Preset Knob: Rotate to select between custom, solo, lead, and rhythm presets. LEDs indicate the active preset.
  • Guitar Volume Knob: Adjusts the volume level for your connected guitar.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Spark MINI using the provided USB-C cable and a compatible 5V/2A power adapter (not included). The power LED will indicate charging status.

4.2 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the Power button on the rear panel for a few seconds to turn the Spark MINI on or off.

4.3 App Download and Connection

Download the free Spark app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Spark MINI via Bluetooth. This unlocks the full potential of the amplifier, including access to a vast tone library and smart features.

5. Operating Modes

5.1 Guitar Amplifier Mode

Connect your guitar to the Input jack. Use the Preset knob to select one of the four onboard tones (Custom, Solo, Lead, Rhythm). Adjust the Guitar Volume knob to your desired level. For advanced tone shaping, connect to the Spark app to access 30 amps, 40 effects, and thousands of user-created tones.

5.2 Bluetooth Speaker Mode

Pair your mobile device with the Spark MINI via Bluetooth. Once connected, you can stream music directly to the Spark MINI. Use the Music Volume knob to control the playback volume. This allows you to use the device as a high-quality portable Bluetooth speaker.

5.3 Smart Jam Live

Engage the Smart Jam Live feature through the Spark app. This innovative technology uses machine learning to analyze your playing style and automatically generate dynamic bass and drum backing tracks, providing a personalized jam session experience.

5.4 USB Audio Interface

Connect the Spark MINI to your computer via the USB-C port. It can function as a USB audio interface, allowing you to record your guitar playing directly into your preferred digital audio workstation (DAW) software.

7. Maintenance
