5. Setup
Before first use, or if the unit has been stored for an extended period, ensure the Alpha 65 is fully charged.
5.1 Initial Charging
- Connect the SC 65W Charger to the Type-C input port on the Alpha 65.
- Plug the charger into a wall outlet.
- The display will show the charging progress. The unit can be fully recharged in approximately 40 minutes with the 65W charger.
- Once fully charged, disconnect the charger.
Note: The 65W Wall Charger is included in the package.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
The Alpha 65 is designed to jump start vehicles with gas engines up to 6.5L and diesel engines up to 4.0L. It can provide up to 60 jump starts on a single charge.
- Connect Clamps: Ensure the Alpha 65 is off. Connect the red (positive) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery and the black (negative) clamp to the negative (-) terminal.
- Power On: Turn on the Alpha 65. The 3.2-inch display will show "READY" when the connection is correct and safe to proceed.
- Start Vehicle: Start your vehicle's engine. If the vehicle does not start immediately, wait 20-30 seconds before attempting again.
- Disconnect: Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the clamps from the battery terminals, first the black (negative) clamp, then the red (positive) clamp.
For completely dead batteries, the unit features a Boost Function. Refer to the display for instructions on activating this mode if needed.
