1. Introduction
The POMIACAM IPC-1910 Plus is a professional-grade, multi-functional IP camera tester designed for telecommunications installation and maintenance, security engineering, and integrated wiring. This compact and portable device features a 4-inch touch screen and supports a wide range of video formats and testing functions, including 8K IP camera testing, 4K 8MP Coax AHD CVI TVI display, H.265 decoding, POE power output, PTZ control, WiFi analysis, and RS485 communication. This manual provides detailed instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your IPC-1910 Plus tester.

2.1 Key Features
- 4-inch IPS Touch Screen: Provides clear display and intuitive operation.
- 8K IP Camera Test: Supports testing of high-resolution IP cameras.
- 4K 8MP Coax AHD CVI TVI Display: Compatible with various analog HD camera types.
- H.265/H.264 Decoding: Supports mainstream video compression formats.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Battery
The IPC-1910 Plus comes with a built-in 2600mAh Lithium polymer battery. Before first use, ensure the device is fully charged.
- Connect the provided charger to the DC 12V 1A input port on the tester.
- Plug the charger into a standard power outlet.
- The charging indicator will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 3.5 hours and provides up to 9 hours of working time.

3.2 Initial Power On
- Press and hold the power button located on the side of the device until the screen illuminates.
- The device will boot up and display the main interface.
4. Operating Instructions
This section details the various functions and how to operate them.
4.1 Main Interface and Navigation
The 4-inch touch screen allows for easy navigation through the device's functions. The main interface provides access to different testing modules.

4.2 IP Camera Test
This function allows for comprehensive testing of IP cameras, including 8K resolution and H.265 decoding.
- From the main interface, select "IP Camera Test".
- Connect the IP camera to the LAN port of the tester.
- The tester will automatically detect and display the camera's video stream.
- Utilize the on-screen controls for various tests and adjustments.

4.3 Coaxial HD Camera Test (AHD, CVI, TVI, CVBS)
The tester supports various coaxial HD formats and automatically recognizes the camera type.
- From the main interface, select "CVBS & HD Camera" or "Auto HD".
- Connect the coaxial cable from the camera to the "Video input/HD IN" port.
- The tester will automatically detect the camera type (TVI/CVI/AHD/CVBS) and display the video. No manual switching is required.
4.3.1 TVI5.0 Audio Function
This function allows for audio testing from coaxial cameras.
- Connect a compatible coaxial camera.
- The tester can play audio from the camera while transmitting video and control signals on the coaxial cable.
- Supports Dahua new camera models.

4.4 PoE Power Output
The IPC-1910 Plus can provide power to PoE cameras and other devices.
- Connect the PoE camera to the PoE power output/LAN port.
- Ensure the PoE output function is enabled on the tester.
- The tester supports 48V PoE and DC12V/3A power output.

4.5 Cable Testing Functions
The tester offers comprehensive cable testing capabilities.
4.5.1 UTP Cable Test & RJ45 Fault Checking
- Connect the UTP cable to the UTP/SCAN port.
- The tester will display the UTP cable connection status and read the number on the screen.
- It quickly detects correct sequence, wrong sequence, and available/unavailable connections.
- Can test the status of the RJ45 plug, including continuity and breakpoint detection.
4.5.2 Cable Tracer / Cable Tester / Electroscope (3-in-1)
This integrated tool helps in identifying and testing cables.
- Cable Tracing: Quickly detect the near-end, mid-end, and far-end fault points of the RJ45 cable plug.
- Cable Tester: Judge whether the cable has strong electricity (Optional).
- Non-contact Electroscope (Safe): When detecting alternating current voltage, the LED light will flash red and buzz sounds will be emitted.
- Intelligently Identify Neutral/Live Wire: Live wire indication is quick flash, rapid buzz sounds. Neutral wire indication is OFF or slow flash, no buzz sound or slow buzz sounds.

4.6 WiFi Analyzer
Detect and analyze surrounding Wi-Fi signals.
- From the main interface, select "WiFi Analyzer".
- The tester will detect Wi-Fi signals in the 2.4G band.
- It displays information such as signal strength, frequency, stability, distance, equipment manufacturer information, analysis channel, and channel rating.

4.7 Network Tools (NET TOOL PRO)
The advanced network tools provide comprehensive network test functions.
- Huawei Switch (four layer switch) port display: Visually displays which port connects to the camera.
- Enhanced IP Scan and IP discovery: Quickly find devices on the network.
- PING and MAC address: Perform network diagnostics.
- Error packet, Ethernet data frame statistics: Monitor network performance.

4.8 Local Two-Way Voice Intercom
Facilitates communication with engineers at the other end of the connection.
- The tester is equipped with a microphone.
- Supports EZVIZ camera voice intercom.
- Supports third-party software voice intercom and voice input.

4.9 Other Functions
- PTZ Control: Connect to the RS485 port to control PTZ cameras.
- High Brightness LED Light: Provides illumination in dark working environments.
- Internet Remote Control: Allows for remote office and training, simultaneously taking into account multiple computer room tests.
- HIK/DH Test Tool: Dedicated tools for Hikvision and Dahua cameras.
- Video Computing Tool: For video-related calculations and analysis.

5. Maintenance
5.1 General Care
- Keep the device clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
- Do not drop or subject the device to strong impacts.
- The device features a fully enclosed rubber sleeve for comprehensive protection.
5.2 Battery Care
- Charge the battery regularly, even if the device is not in use, to maintain battery health.
- Avoid completely draining the battery before recharging.
- If the device will not be used for an extended period, charge it to about 50% before storage.
6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
