4. Installation
4.1. Wall Mount Installation
To securely mount the lock box to a wall:
- Mark the desired location for the hole punch on the wall.
- Finish marking three punching positions based on the lock box's backplate.
- Drill holes at the marked positions.
- Insert the screw anchors into the drilled holes.
- Install the key box using the three provided screws.

4.2. Door Handle Mounting
To hang the lock box on a door handle:
- Long press the button on the top of the lock box to release the shackle.
- Pull out the shackle.
- Position the lock box on the door handle.
- Long press the button again and insert the shackle back into its position until it locks.

5. TTLock App Setup
The CATCHFACE K3 Smart Key Lock Box is managed via the TTLock App. Follow these steps to set up the app and pair your lock box:
- Download the TTLock App from your smartphone's app store.
- Register an account using your email or phone number. A verification code will be sent to complete registration.
- Log in to your registered account.
- Ensure your phone is within 2 meters of the lock box. Touch any key on the lock box keypad to activate it.
- In the app, select 'Add Lock' and choose the appropriate lock type. The app will display nearby locks. Select your lock box (usually indicated by a blue plus icon).
- Name your lock box for easy identification.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Unlocking Methods
The CATCHFACE K3 offers multiple ways to unlock:
Fingerprint Unlock
Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. You can add permanent, timed, or recurring fingerprints via the TTLock App.

Passcode Unlock
Enter your 6-9 digit passcode on the touchscreen keypad. The anti-peep virtual password feature allows you to enter random digits before or after your actual code to prevent others from guessing it. Passcodes can be permanent, timed, one-time, custom, or recurring, generated through the TTLock App.

Smart Card Unlock
Tap a registered CATCHFACE IC Card against the keypad to unlock. Cards can be permanent, timed, or recurring, managed through the TTLock App.
App Unlock
Use the TTLock App on your smartphone to unlock the device via Bluetooth when within range. Simply tap the unlock icon in the app.
Remote Access (with WiFi Gateway)
For remote unlocking and management from anywhere, pair your lock box with an optional CATCHFACE WiFi Gateway (sold separately). This allows you to lock/unlock, set up codes, and check real-time access logs remotely.

6.2. Auto-Lock Feature
The lock box can be configured to automatically lock after a set period. This feature can be enabled and customized within the TTLock App settings.
6.3. Passage Mode
Passage Mode allows the lock box to remain unlocked for a specific duration or during certain days. This is useful for periods of high traffic. Configure this mode in the TTLock App settings.
7. Maintenance
7.1. Battery Installation and Replacement
The K3 lock box is powered by four AAA batteries. To install or replace batteries, open the battery compartment located on the back of the device. Ensure correct polarity.
7.2. Low Battery Alarm and Emergency Power
The TTLock App will provide a low battery alarm when the battery level is critical. If the batteries run out, you can supply emergency power via the integrated micro USB port using a standard USB cable, allowing you to unlock the device and replace the batteries.

8. Troubleshooting
8.1. Lock Box Not Opening After Entering Passcode
If the lock box recognizes the correct passcode but does not open, try the following:
- While unlocking, press and hold a corner of the lock box.
- If you hear the unlocking sound, try to open the lock box while still holding the corner.
- If the issue persists, ensure the internal mechanism is not obstructed.
