1. Product Overview

The Universal 3.2-Quart Stainless Steel Thermal Airpot is designed to keep beverages at their optimal temperature for extended periods. Featuring double-wall vacuum insulation, it maintains hot temperatures for over 12 hours and cold temperatures for up to 24 hours. Its generous 3-liter (3.2-quart) capacity makes it suitable for various settings, from home use to large events. The airpot includes a convenient pump-action dispensing system, a sturdy carrying handle, and a leakproof locking lid for secure transport.

2. Setup and Initial Use

2.1 Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

1. Carefully remove the thermal airpot from its packaging.
2. Before first use, wash all parts that come into contact with beverages.
3. To clean, open the lid by pressing the buttons on both sides and lifting. Remove the pump mechanism (straw and gasket) by gently pulling it out.
4. Wash the interior of the airpot and all removable parts with warm, soapy water. Use the provided cleaning brush for thorough cleaning of the interior and pump components.
5. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly.

2.2 Assembly

1. Reinsert the pump mechanism into the lid, ensuring the silicone gasket is properly seated.
2. Close the lid firmly, ensuring a tight seal.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Filling the Airpot

1. Open the lid by pressing the side buttons.
2. Pour your desired hot or cold beverage into the wide mouth opening. Do not overfill; leave some space at the top.
3. Close the lid firmly, ensuring a tight seal.

3.2 Dispensing Beverages

1. Ensure the lid is in the "OPEN" position (indicated by the dial on top).
2. Place a cup or mug directly under the spout.
3. Press down on the pump button located on top of the lid to dispense the beverage. Release to stop pouring.

3.3 Locking Mechanism and Carrying

• To prevent accidental dispensing during transport, rotate the dial on the lid to the "CLOSE" position. This locks the pump button.
• Use the sturdy carrying handle for easy and secure transportation of the airpot.

3.4 Swivel Base

The airpot features a swivel base, allowing for convenient 360-degree rotation. This enables easy self-service from any angle without needing to lift or reposition the entire unit.

• Hand Wash Only: The thermal airpot is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash all components.

5. Troubleshooting

• Beverage not dispensing: Ensure the lid is in the "OPEN" position. Check if the pump mechanism is correctly assembled and not clogged.
• Loss of temperature retention: Verify that the lid is securely closed and the silicone gasket is properly seated. Ensure the airpot is not left open for extended periods.
• Leaks: Check that the lid is tightly closed and the locking mechanism is engaged if transporting. Inspect the silicone gasket for any damage or misalignment.
