The brush is now ready for operation. You may also attach other interchangeable brush attachments (sold separately) for specific cleaning tasks, such as the Car & Bike attachment or Home & Garden attachment.

6. Operating Instructions

The rotating washing brush combines mechanical action with water pressure for effective cleaning. Follow these steps for optimal results:

  1. Turn on your pressure washer.
  2. Direct the brush towards the surface to be cleaned. The water flow will activate the brush's rotation.
  3. Move the brush evenly over the surface. The rotating bristles, combined with the water, will loosen and remove dirt.
  4. For stubborn dirt, allow the brush to work on the area for a slightly longer period.
  5. The fixed brush bar on the edge helps to contain water spray, protecting surrounding areas.

Applications:

  • Windows and Glass Surfaces: Use gentle pressure and ensure the surface is wet before applying the brush.
  • Garden Furniture: Effectively cleans plastic, wood, and metal garden furniture.
  • Vehicles (Cars, Bicycles, Motorcycles): Ideal for removing road grime and dirt. Consider using a dedicated car & bike attachment for best results on painted surfaces.

7. Maintenance

Cleaning the Brush:

After each use, rinse the brush attachment thoroughly with clean water to remove any dirt or debris. This prevents buildup and maintains brush effectiveness.

Replacing the Brush Attachment:

If the brush attachment becomes worn or damaged, it can be easily replaced. To replace, simply detach the old brush from the handheld device and snap a new, compatible Kärcher brush attachment into place. This process is designed to be hygienic, avoiding direct contact with dirt.

8. Troubleshooting

  • Brush not rotating: Ensure the pressure washer is operating at sufficient pressure. Check for any blockages in the brush head or the pressure washer nozzle.
  • Reduced cleaning performance: The brush bristles may be worn. Consider replacing the brush attachment. Ensure the water supply to the pressure washer is adequate.
  • Water leakage: Check all connections between the brush and the pressure washer gun for secure fitting. Ensure all seals are intact.

If problems persist, consult your Kärcher pressure washer's manual or contact Kärcher customer support.
